In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual offer:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for the specific promotion;
• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise;

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of illicitly sourced funds;
• A requirement imposed by a regulatory body, court order, or law enforcement authority;
• Extended inactivity, subject to prior notification to the Player's registered contact details;
• Voluntary request by the Player to close their own account.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method, less any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds will not be returned upon account closure under any circumstances.

All content on the gl96 platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, promotional materials, software, source code, database structures, and written content — is the intellectual property of gl96 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the gl96 platform, or any transaction conducted thereon, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
